Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri B.P. Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Sri Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel representing the second respondent.
The claim of the petitioner is that although his appointment as a Lecturer in Ramlagan Post Graduate College, the respondent No. 3 here, was duly approved by the respondent University, he has not been paid any emoluments for the period commencing from August 2017 till June 2020.
Sri Ran Vijay Singh learned counsel representing the second respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contention on merits being kept open the aforesaid grievance shall be duly examined with due notice to the third respondent and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from today. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
Petition stands disposed of.
