The petitioners are three in number. They have instituted this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution for a direction upon the respondent authorities to release the security amount of the petitioners which has been deposited by the petitioners for running City Booking Agency.
From the material on record we find that the petitioners for redressal of their grievance have moved representations on 10.7.2018 and 14.8.2018, which are on the record as annexure nos. 12 & 13 to the writ petition.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Rajnish Kumar Rai, learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
Taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that in order to meet the ends of justice a direction be issued upon the fifth respondent to consider the cause of the petitioner and pass appropriate order on the representations of the petitioners, mentioned above, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed its opinion on the merits of the case. The authority concerned shall pass the order independently and in accordance with law.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
