By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the court below to decide the complaint case no. 35 of 2018 (Satish Kumar Bharadwaj Vs. M/s A.S. Produce and another), under section 138 NI Act, in a time bound manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the ACJM-VIII, Ghaziabad to decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
