Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Instructions filed today is taken on record.
As per the instructions placed before this Court pursuant to the earlier order of this Court, the petitioner himself has made encroachment upon the chak road to the extent of an area 0.006 hectares and the proceedings have also been instituted under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the direction that proceedings instituted under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against all the unauthorized persons who have encroached upon the chak road including the petitioner, shall be concluded within a period of three months from today.
A copy of this order shall be provided to the learned Standing Counsel within 48 hours to ensure the compliance of the order.
