Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that opposite parties have filed counter affidavit contending that the writ Court order has been complied.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not satisfied with the compliance.
In view thereof, it is open for the applicant to approach the committee and raise his grievance. The contempt petition is, accordingly, consigned to record.
