Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that Annexure-1 photo copy of the Khatauni are related to different land/properties of which are Nali and Nadi. The description so as mentioned by the petitioner in instant writ petition are related to different land.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition with correct documents.
