JUDGMENT / ORDER

In the present case Amendment Application had been allowed on 03.01.2011 and there was a precise direction to carry out the necessary amendment within a week. Till date the amendment has not been carried out. One week and no more time is accorded to learned counsel. Copy of the amended writ petition shall be supplied to learned standing counsel, who shall file counter affidavit within next six weeks.
List this writ petition on 05.04.2012.
