Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed that the court below be directed to decide the Complaint Case No. 1137/IX/12 (Satish Vs. Pappu) under Sections 323, 452, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Highway Mathura, District-Mathura, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IInd, Mathura.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned criminal case with all expedition without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates.
With the aforesaid directions, this application stands finally disposed off.
