Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019.
Heard Sri P.K.Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned AGA-1 appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction of the order dated 13.8.2019 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of application during the course of the day.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 13.8.2019 is corrected as under:
"In 8th line of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 13.8.2019 Section 342 IPC is deleted and its place Section 343 IPC is substituted and in the same line after section 427 IPC. Section 504 IPC is added and the same shall be read as such."
Accordingly the correction application stands disposed off.
