The petitioner has preferred the present application for withdrawal of the petition due to the fact that a sale deed has already been registered on 28.02.2020.
In view of the same, it is argued that the present petition has now become infructuous.
Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.12 of 2020 is allowed.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
