From the supplementary affidavit filed today, it is evident that although the interim order dated 30 November 2017 was extended on 18 January 2018 and the matter was listed thereafter, the interim order due to inadvertence does not appear to have been extended on the writ petition.
Consequently learned counsel for the applicant prays for dismissal of this petition at this stage with liberty to approach again after getting the interim order extended.
