This petition has been filed for directing learned Judge Small Cause Court, Meerut, to expedite and decide the Small Cause Case No.7 of 2014, (Satish Chand Gupta Vs. Narayan Swaroop Bhatnagar).
Without entering into the controversy raised by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the court below to expedite the hearing of the suit and proceed without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
