Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record of the case.
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant has been implicated in this case because of a property dispute. He has been in jail since 15.9.2001.
Per contra, learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
We are of the view that the prayer for bail of the appellant may be kept alive and if the hearing of appeal is not concluded till the completion of 14 years in jail for no fault of appellant, he may press the bail prayer again.
Office is directed to prepare paper book within two months and list the appeal for hearing thereafter.
