JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner/wife has come before this Court seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.SR.No.1039 of 2016 filed by the respondent/ husband for divorce, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Trichy, to the file of the Sub Court, Hosur.
2. The petitioner/wife stated that the petitioner/wife and the respondent/husband got married on 29.06.2015 and they are living hardly for a few months and thereafter, they are living separately. Further, she stated that she has been living at Hosur and it is impossible for her to travel and appear before the Sub Court, Trichy.
3. Heard the petitioner, who appeared in person and the learned Counsel for the respondent.
4. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent took place on 29.06.2015 and they are living hardly for a few months and thereafter, they are living separately.
5. Since the distance between Trichy and Hosur is 300 Kms., it is impossible for a lady to appear before the Sub Court, Trichy, every time and therefore, the petition in H.M.O.P.SR.No.1039 of 2016 (now numbered as H.M.O.P.No.360 of 2016) pending on the file of the Sub Court, Trichy, is transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Hosur. The Sub Court, Trichy, is directed to send the records to the Sub Court, Hosur, immediately.
6. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as above. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
