JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.249 of 2014 of the Tanur Police Station, presently pending as C.C.No.1759 of 2014 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate’s Court-I, Parappanangadi. Therefore, it is open to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and seek for bail.
With the above observation, this bail application is dismissed.
