The petitioner intends to challenge the order dismissing I.A. No. 404/2014 in A.S. No. 20/2014. The petitioner is not yet in receipt of the certified copy of the order though applied for.
2. I direct the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Perumbavoor to issue certified/carbon copy of the order in I.A. No. 404/2014 in A.S. No. 20/2014. The same shall be issued to the petitioner on usual terms within a period of ten days from today.
3. Further proceedings for delivery of the property in E.A. No. 44/2012 in E.P. No. 97/2010 in O.S. No. 265/1993 shall stand deferred by two weeks.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
