The petitioners confine their relief to an early consideration of an execution petition in relation to a decree for eviction and arrears of rent. It is pointed out that the decree of the trial court has been affirmed in first appeal as also in second appeal.

2. I direct the court of the Munsiff of Varkala to expedite E.P. No. 4/2011 in O.S. No. 34/1979 on its file. Every endeavour shall be made to take the proceedings to a logical end within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
