The petitioner has approached the first respondent in terms of Surveys and Boundaries Act. Ext.P2 is the application in Form No.8 in prescribed manner. In view of the pendency of Ext.P2, there shall be a direction to the first respondent Tahsildar to finalise the proceedings on the basis of Ext.P2, after hearing the petitioner, the third respondent and also any other affected persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
