The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition, as the case in C.C.No.604 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal, Namakkal District, is ended in acquittal and it has been disposed of in the year 2012. He has also made an endorsement to that effect on the petition. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
