JUDGMENT / ORDER

P. RAJA SRIPATHI RAO COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENT: THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent to enlarge the petitioner / Accused No.2 on bail in the event of arrest in Crime No. 1059 of 2013 of Police Station Madhapur, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.
The Court made the following Order:
“The petitioner is A2. He seeks for grant of anticipatory bail. He allegedly committed offences under Section 306 IPC. The petitioner is claimed to be a Director in Oracle India Private Limited. The deceased was an employee of the same company.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent of the offences levelled against him and that while FIR was initially issued under Section 174 Cr.P.C., it was subsequently altered as a case under Section 306 IPC. In view of the nature of the offences alleged against the petitioner, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail, albeit the investigation is still at threshold.
Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner shall surrender before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, shall enlarge the petitioner on bail on a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties in a likesum to his satisfaction.”
