By the impugned order dated 22.12.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.4833 of 2016 in Crime No.342 of 2016, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that he shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties (one surety must be blood relative of the petitioner) each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamalee and the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Court daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Now the present petition has been filed to issue a direction to modify the conditions imposed by the Trial Judge.
2. Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, took notice for the respondent and submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by the Trial Court, regularly.
3. Heard both the sides.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.4833 of 2016 in Crime No.342 of 2016 dated 22.12.2016, in respect of executing the bond alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000/- with three sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. Thus, the condition that one surety must be blood relative of the petitioner is deleted. Rest of the conditions imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, shall remain unaltered.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
