Petitioner approached the Taluk Surveyor, Chalakkudy Taluk for measuring, demarcating and fixing the boundaries of the property belonged to him under the Survey and Boundaries Act.
2. Petitioner, in fact has to make an application either in form 8 or 10 under the Survey and Boundaries Act depend upon the requirement. Petitioner shall approach the Tahsildar, Chalakkudy Taluk with an application either in form 8 or 10. If such an application is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, the Tahsildar with the assistance of Taluk Surveyor shall take appropriate steps to measure, demarcate and fix the boundaries of petitioner's property within a further period of two months after hearing the petitioner and any other affected parties.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
