JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.2380/2014 of the Chavara Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 354, 323 and 324 IPC.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that on 04.01.2014 at 12.00 noon, the petitioner committed trespass into the courtyard of the house of the defacto complainant woman and grabbed on her chest and also caught hold of the tuft of her hair . She was severely beaten up. When her husband intervened for her rescue, he was kicked and stamped by the petitioner. Even after that he grabbed on her breast and tore away her blouse.
BA No.7979/2014 : 2 :
4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
5. The contents of the CD prima facie reveal the complicity of the petitioner. The allegations against the petitioner are very grave and serious. The investigation of this case is not over. Considering the seriousness of the allegations against the petitioner, I am of the view that this is not a fit case wherein anticipatory bail can be granted to the petitioner.
In the result, this bail application is dismissed.
