This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents are continuously harassing the petitioner. Hence the petitioner has filed the present petition, seeking the above relief.
