Bearing in mind the fact that the petitioner has already instituted Writ-A No.9601 of 2018, this Court finds no cause to entertain this writ petition.
Consequently, this writ petition shall stand dismissed with liberty to petitioner to move an appropriate application seeking amendment of reliefs as framed in the pending writ petition.
