This application has been filed with the prayer to quash the order dated 30.10.2018 issuing non-bailable warrant dated against the applicant by the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No.3, Kanpur Nagar in case no. 38263 of 2017 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 307 IPC, P.S. Bidhnu, District Kanpur Nagar.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA and perused the record.
It appears that the applicant had earlier approached this Court through application under Section 482 no.35839 of 2017, which was disposed of vide order dated 31.10.2017 extending liberty to the applicant to appear before the Court concerned within two months from the date of said order and apply for bail. It further appears that the applicant did not comply with the directions given in the said order. Hence, keeping in view the conduct of the applicant, no interference is called for with the matter. There is no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order. The application lacks merits and is liable to be dismissed.
The application is accordingly dismissed.
