JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.
Heard.
The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No.383 of 2021 under Sections 323, 506, 307 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Sultanpur.
On a bare perusal of the First Information Report, it cannot be said at this stage that no cognizable offence is made out, therefore, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed but without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner in the pending investigation. It is always open for the petitioner to avail the remedies available under Section 438/439 Cr.P.C.
