Ms. Suman Sirohi, learned Standing Counsel submitted that by the order dated 7.9.2012, the Director, Pension Secretariate U.P., Lucknow has cancelled his earlier order dated 24.5.2012 by which a further period of three years has been extended and, therefore, the petition has no substance.
Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Advocate, appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that in the order dated 24.5.2011 as well as in order dated 11.9.2012 issued by the Director, the dispatch numbers are mentioned. In the present case there is no dispatch number. It appears that the said order has been issued after filing of the writ petition by back dating.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted two weeks time to file counter affidavit.
