THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Smt.H.G.Sandhya Vijaykumar, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Taking into account the order, which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents.
3. In this petition, petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 04.02.2017 and 27.03.2017.
4. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed of in terms of the relief as prayed for.
5. In view of the submissions made and in the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the representations dated 04.02.2017 and 27.03.2017 as per Annexures-‘F’ and ‘G’ by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
