JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Saurabh Lavania,J.
Heard.
By means of this petition, the petitioners seek issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus restraining the opposite parties from seizing his property under Section 14(1) of the Gangster Act, 1986.
As on now no notice has been issued under Section 14(1) of the Gangster Act, 1986 to the petitioner, therefore, the relief prays herein, cannot be considered and nor granted. The petition is pre-mature and it is accordingly dismissed as such without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to avail legal remedies as and when cause of action arises.
