The petitioner has proposed to construct residential building within the area of Engandiyoor Grama Panchayath, the third respondent herein. The third respondent has issued No Objection Certificate to the petitioner for constructing a residential building. In view of the Government Order (G.O.(P) No.93/2014/ID Dated 30.6.2014), no permission is required to extract ordinary earth from the site wherein the residential building is proposed to be constructed. However, for transporting ordinary earth, 'P forms' is necessary. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the Geologist, Thrissur to issue necessary 'P forms' to the petitioner on being satisfied with the genuineness of the claim based on Ext.P3 to construct the residential building from the site proposed for constructing the residential building. Needful shall be done within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
