JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners confine their relief to an early consideration of an appeal suit arising out of a suit for redemption of mortgage. It is for the petitioners to move appropriate application in the appeal suit to advance the hearing and include the same in the list for disposal.
2. Any such application in A.S. No. 82/2014 on the file of the court of the Subordinate Judge of Neyyattinkara shall be dealt with properly. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the appeal suit on or before 31.03.2015 in the circumstances.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
