Petitioner apprehends arrest by the Museum Police, Thiruvananthapuram and has filed this application. 2. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted that as per the report given by the Station House Officer of that police station, no case is pending against the petitioner.

4. Submission made by the learned Public prosecutor is recorded.

In the light of the above, the application is closed without prejudice to the petitioner moving again in case of any genuine apprehension of arrest in future.
