The complaint is that the interlocutory applications for appointing an Advocate Commissioner was allowed without noticing the objection filed to it. The remedy if any of the petitioner under such circumstances is to apply for review of the order allowing the application for appointing an Advocate Commissioner.

2. The Original Petition challenging the order appointing the Advocate Commissioner is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to apply for review in the Court below.
