This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.40960 of 2015, dated 29.12.2015.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as against the order passed in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.40960 of 2015, a Writ Appeal has been preferred by the Government in W.A.No.905 of 2016. The Division Bench of this Court has modified the order passed in the Writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that in violation of the order passed in W.A.No.905 of 2016, the petitioner has filed Contempt Petition No.273 of 2016. In view of the above submission, the above Contempt Petition is closed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Sub Application is closed.
