JUDGMENT / ORDER

HARUN-UL-RASHID, J.
The petitioner is the appellant. The appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated 8.1.2014 in O.P.(MV)No.936/2010 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Ernakulam. After considering the Original Petition and the evidence produced in the case, the Tribunal came to a conclusion that the claimant is entitled to a compensation of ₹1,28,750/- under different heads. The quantum of compensation is under challenge in this appeal. The parties are referred to as arrayed in the Original Petition.
2. The petitioner is a business man. He met with an accident on 28.2.2010, while he was riding a motor cycle. Another motor vehicle driven by the 1st respondent hit on the motor cycle ridden by the petitioner and as a result of the accident, the petitioner sustained serious injuries. The petitioner was treated as inpatient for 12 days in the hospital.
3. We have examined the claim and the impugned award by M.A.C.A.No.1347/14 -2-
the Tribunal on different heads. For each and every head, the claim was considered very positively and the Tribunal awarded maximum compensation allowable under law.
4. This is a case where the petitioner has not suffered any continuing or permanent/partial disability. Just and fair amount was awarded as compensation under different heads. Interest @ 8%p.a. was also awarded. The finding recorded by the court below does not require any interference by this Court. We find that the further claim made by the petitioner is without any basis and not sustainable.
The appeal fails and is accordingly dismissed.
