The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.19689 of 2014, an appeal has been preferred and the same is pending, hence this Contempt Petition may be closed.
2.Since the appeal against the order in W.P.(MD)No.19689 of 2014, is pending before this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Contempt Petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh Contempt Petition depending upon the final order that may be passed in the Writ Appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected Sub Applications are closed.
