Pursuant to order dated 18.9.2012, the Office has placed a note by which it has been mentioned that the papers of Civil Application (Stamp) No.117 of 2006 as well as Civil Application (Stamp) No.118 of 2006 are not traceable in the office.

Learned advocate Mr.Panchal appearing for learned counsel Mr.P.K.Jani for the applicant states that he shall be permitted to reconstruct the applications so that the same can be listed for appropriate orders.

Office is directed to permit the learned advocate appearing for the applicant to reconstruct the above-referred two civil applications.
