Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction to the respondent nos.2 and 5 to consider his claim for payment of regular honorarium.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner was engaged as Part Time Sweeper on honorarium basis in the year 1974 in Government Ayurvedic Hospital, Wajidpur, District Jaunpur and since then he is regularly working in the said hospital on honorarium basis but he has not paid honorarium for three years. So far as the grievance of the petitioner is concerned, he has already filed representations dated 9.8.2019 and 20.8.2019 before the respondent nos.2 and 5 for redressal of his grievance, which is still pending. He has confined his prayer only to the relief that his representation may be considered by the appropriate authority.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the said prayer.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent nos.2 and 5 to decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
