A supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.
Heard the counsel for the parties.
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the orders dated 15.1.2021 and 9.4.2021 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation and the Deputy Director of Consolidation, respectively whereby the claim of the petitioner on Plot No. 815 has been rejected and the claim of the respondents over the aforesaid plot has been accepted on the ground that Plot No. 815 was the original holding of the predecessor-in-interest of the respondents.
It is not denied that Plot No. 815 was the original holdings of the predecessor-in-interest of the respondents. It is also evident that the petitioner has been allotted a chak on Plot No. 1048 which was his original holding. It is also not denied that Plot No. 1048 is the original holding of the petitioner.
The impugned orders passed by the consolidation authorities do not violate any of the principles enumerated in Section 19 of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953. There is no jurisdictional error or any other illegality in the orders passed by the consolidation authorities.
The writ petition is dismissed.
