Heard Sri Istyak Khan, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned A.G.A.-I for the State.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant belongs to a very poor family and no moveable or immoveable property is there in the family of the applicant, therefore, the applicant is unable to furnish sureties as mentioned in bail granting order dated 29.11.2018.
The modification application is allowed and the order dated 29.11.2018 is modified as under:-
In the fifth line of fifth paragraph of the order dated 29.11.2018 "Two heavy sureties one should of his family member" be deleted and the same shall be read as "relative".
