The instant petition seeks a direction upon the respondents to declare the result of the meeting of No Confidence Motion held on 06.01.2019.
From the document appended as Annexure No.2 to the petition it appears that the person against whom No Confidence Motion was sought had filed Writ-C No.21 of 2019 in which an interim order was passed on 04.01.2019 providing that the meeting for consideration of No Confidence Motion shall be held on 06.01.2019 but the result shall not be declared till the next date of listing.
In view of the above, a separate petition to declare the result of the meeting of No Confidence Motion is not maintainable. The petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move an application in pending Writ-C No.21 of 2019.
