Heard Sri Ranjeet Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, standing counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri S.R. Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos.2, 3 and 4.
The petitioner attained the age of superannuation on 30.9.2018. He claims that he has not received difference in gratuity as well as payment of Rs.1000/- along with interest, which was deposited as security.
Sri S.R.Singh, learned counsel for the Transport Corporation submits that if the petitioner makes a representation, the same shall be considered by the authority concerned.
In view of the above, it is directed that in case the petitioner files a fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order within 15 days from today, the same shall be considered and decided by respondent no.3 in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months thereafter.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
