The petitioner claims that he was impleaded in Original Suit No. 167 of 2010 by order of the trial court dated 8.5.2018. According to the petitioner the defendant has already filed his written statement but the application for temporary injunction has yet not been disposed of.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that in case, any injunction application is pending consideration before the trial court, it should make endeavour to decide the same expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments, provided there is no legal impediment.
