Though various prayers have been made in the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has pressed prayer (I) only namely this Court may issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to investigate the matter and decide the application dated 15.03.2021 ( Annexure No.02) within stipulated time.
The prayer prayed for is not as such which cannot be granted by this Court hence, the same is granted.
We direct the respondent no. 2 to 4 to investigate the matter and decide the application dated 15.03.2021 (Annexure No.02) within a period of four months from today.
No other prayer has been prayed for and the petitioners may not be harassed during this interregnum period.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this petition is disposed of.
