Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the transfer order dated 10.08.2021 on various grounds.
However, learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at length submits that he is confining his prayer only to the extent that petitioner may be permitted to submit a representation raising his grievance against the transfer order which may be considered by the competent authority within a time bound period.
Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the to file a fresh representation against the transfer order before the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Kannuaj alongwith the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court, Allahabad duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner, raising all his grievances within a period of one week from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.2 shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of one month thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed off.
