JUDGMENT / ORDER

Notices on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 and 2 have been accepted by the learned Chief Standing Counsel, while Sri Avadhesh Shukla, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no.3 and notice on behalf of opposite party no.5 (Caveator) has been accepted by Sri Adnan Ahmad, learned counsel.
Issue notice to the opposite parties no. 4, 6 and 7 returnable at an early date.
Learned counsel for the petitioner will take steps for service on opposite parties no. 4, 6 and 7, within a week.
All the opposite parties are directed to file their respective counter affidavits within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.
List after expiry of the aforesaid period along with Writ Petition No.8524 (S/S) of 2011.
