JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M.A.No.11543 of 2012) This is an application for amendment.
The submission of learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners is that due to mistake, the name of petitioner no.2 has been wrongly transcribed as Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava son of Shri P.K. Srivastava, whereas his name is Akhilesh Pratap Srivastava son of Sri Vijay Pratap Srivastava and, therefore, necessity of moving amendment application has arisen.
On due consideration, the application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners is permitted to carry out necessary amendment in the memo of writ petition, within a week.
