JUDGMENT / ORDER

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner applied a loan for kharif period which was sanctioned to him on 23.9.2010 during continuance of kharif season. However, the bank has unilaterally changed the loan period from kharif to rabi season and now denying insurance amount.
The counsel appearing for the bank may obtain instruction in the matter.
Put up as fresh on 5th August, 2014.
