Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no. 1 and Sri S.K. Verma, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.9.2019, Sri S.K. Verma, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 submitted that now the petitioner has been transferred vide order dated 26.9.2019, therefore, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous and it may be dismissed as infructuous, which has not been objected by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
